We ship our boots to all Australian, USA, Europe, Canada and UK address via Australia Post.
Shipping / Delivery Times
Question: How much is postage and handling? and how long will it take for me to receive my order?
Answer: Shipping costs are either USD 25.00 or US 45.00 per order of boots, depending on the shipping method you select Please refer to Shipping for full details. The products are sent via Air Mail. All goods are posted within 3-4 days from the date you placed your order. Postage time is approximately 7-25 days from the date your goods leave our warehouse. Any question you may need to clarify please feel free to contact us.

I want to cancel my Order before they ship
Question: I have ordered boots at www.aussiewomensuggboots.com but l have now decided I want to cancel the order if they have not been sent. Can I do this please?
Answer: Sure not a problem as long as the boots have not been sent. If they have its out of our hands. But if we have not shipped your order and you still want to cancel there will be a cancellation fee of 10 Dollars USD for administration and bank fees.
Refunds /Returns
Question: Can I exchange my boots or get a refund if l am not satisfied?
Answer: We only Sell Quality Products. But if you are not Satisfied with your purchase i.e. you have ordered the wrong style or the sizing is incorrect, We will be only to happy to exchange your goods for another product as long as they are returned within 30 days of receiving your goods. They must be in New condition. Postage costs for exchanges will be payable by the customer. Please note we do not give money returns if you decide not to keep your order. So please ensure you order the correct product before you checkout. We must be notified about any return product within seven day of receipt . All goods must be received back in their original packaging and in new condition within 30 days of receipt of goods. Please enclose comments on your requests to assure a faster turn around time. Question: Will I be billed in United States Dollars and is you store safe for me to use my credit card? And what company will appear on my credit card statement?
Answer: Your credit card will be debited in US dollars or the equivalent in your local currency at the current exchange rate.
