Question: My boots don’t seem to be the same color as the picture at www.aussiewomensuggboots.com?
Answer: All of our boot sheepskin hides come from Australia. The leather is of extremely high quality. One important thing to remember with Sheep skin leather is that the material will vary from hide to hide and from boot to boot. Colour variations are common, every animal hide has unique characteristics which take on the dyes in the tanning process differently. We think this builds the character of our boots as no two are exactly the same. It is becoming more and more harder to source quality skins to make our boots as their is a Drought in Australia. Because of this drought the sheep we get our skins from are not eating very much and this reflects on the skin the sheep are producing.. so their could be possible slight seed marks from time to time on the hide. But in saying that we have people constantly sieving through skins at the tannery to pick out the best ones to make these boots.
Sizing
Question: How do l select the correct size?
Answer: Ugg boots are designed to be worn bare-fit, providing luxurious feeling of sheepskin against your skin. Because of the unique properties of wool fibres, the boots will mould to the shape of your feet, resulting in unique personal fit that can not be substituted by any other footwear. Please refer to our sizing page for a complete chart.
Initially your ugg boots will and should feel a firm and snug fit. This will allow the wool to compress and for the boot to change its shape to fit with the unique form of your foot, resulting in the perfect fit and maximum feeling of warmth and comfort, provided by the premium quality materials used in your new Ugg Boot.
Our boots are sized for true USA women’s sizes and are available in full sizes only. If your feet fall between the sizes, we suggest you go up to the next size. Otherwise, choose your regular shoes size. Please do not go down in size.

There are many Ugg Boots on the market and many companies selling them. We ask that you beware of very cheap imitations and overseas copies. Additionally some companies sell their boots made from cow swade with attached sheepskin inner fleece. Please do not purchase these boots as the cow swade does not breath like 100% sheepskin does and will leave you with a smelly and sweaty boot.
